The Project includes the following Work: Improvement of the White Rock Water Resource Recovery Facility to include new construction of process facilities and repurposing of select existing facilities and equipment. The project shall include site grading and paving, piping, HVAC & plumbing, demolition of select structures and walls, remodeling and relocation of select existing buildings, construction of new buildings and concrete structures, mechanical installation, instrumentation and controls, electrical installation, plant commissioning, and plant testing. The existing White Rock Water Resource Recovery Facility is operational and must remain operational throughout the construction duration of this project.
